I just got my g concert flute and I love it because it is easy and fun to play. I tried about 15 different including 3 other Butch Hall flutes but liked this one the best. I am 10 years old and play flute in band at school but this is my first native American flute.

I just wanted to thank you, Rachel and Butch again. I love my Em flute! It plays amazing. I have other flutes in a few different keys and usually the block needs to be readjusted or sometimes it takes a minute to warm up. But this flute is consistent, reliable and is always ready to play, and the sound is healing, meditative and beautiful. I could not be happier. I carry it with me everywhere.

I received my butch hall rainmaker today and it is amazing. Perfectly crafted and true to its origins. It has the sweetest sound in the low octaves and equally beautiful in the upper octaves. This one is a keeper for sure, great work butch hall and family!

I purchased the Little Bird flute for our 5 year old son for Christmas as he had fallen in love with my Little Horse flute that I had purchased a few months prior. As we home school, I thought this would be a great way to integrate a non-threatening musical instrument into our curriculum. And now, "flute time" is Noah’s favorite part of the school day! The Little Bird is beautiful and perfect for little hands. He is an average sized 5 year old and is able to cover the holes after only a few days of practice. And don’t be fooled by the price! This is a high quality flute… the craftmanship and the tone are AMAZING! And I have to add, their customer service is phenomenal. Both of the flutes I have ordered from them have arrived thoroughly and carefully wrapped along with a handwritten thank you note!

Butch, Received my La Mita Cola flute last week. Excellent woodworking and finish, and you packaged it well for shipping. I have very little musical knowledge having never been able to learn an instrument and was worried I was going to be an old Man at a yard sale one day selling numerous instruments I can’t play. Well, it’s been less than a week practicing and today I was able to play through practice song #1 in your Native American flute song book. It doesn’t sound as good as you on the CD, but each time it gets better and better. It’s not what I’d call easy, but with a little practice it can be played by anyone. For those like me, who have a musical itch to scratch, Go For It!! Thanks Butch.

This is a lovely album. More contemporary than previous Tranquil Vistas and Wind Dancing. I prefer the other two because I like simplicity of flute solos. But this is also wonderful if you like a more orchestrated sound.

I love this album as much as the Tranquil Vistas album. Both are contemplative and relaxing. This is peaceful simplicity when you need centering in a sometimes overly busy world!

I love this music. This is one of the most centering, illuminating & beautiful albums in my collection. I heartily recommend it!

Butch and Laura … Just received my G minor concert flute in cedar. I’m a fan of the elegance of simplicity, and superior craftsmanship. This flute definitely doesn’t disappoint … your obvious attention to detail combined with a lovely piece of wood does all the talking that’s necessary! It has a wonderful soft tone, that just begs to be played, and played, and played some more. Your reputation is well deserved.
